I moved to South Carolina in 1992 from the Metro Atlanta area. I spent most of my life on or around lakes because of the family business. I got my Georgia real estate license in 1975 and then raised my family. After moving to South Carolina and Lake Hartwell, I went back into real estate and have been helping people purchase and sell real estate ever since.
Since I have spent most of my life on the water, I do specialize in waterfront property, but that doesn't mean I don't work with people and listings in town. I take my duties to my clients very seriously and believe in doing everything in my power to make the transactions of buying and selling as hassle free as possible. I believe in total accessibility to my customers and clients, so don't ever hesitate to contact me at home. I have the experience and knowledge to make your life easier whether buying or selling.
Directions to my Office
- One. Traveling North on I-85, Take SC Exit 2: Right on exit, left on SC Hwy 59 (Oak St). Follow this into Seneca, Turn Right on 2nd Street, Turn Right at Stop, House is second house the Right.
- Two. Traveling South on I-85: Take Exit 19B towards Clemson, Hwy 76. Travel to Clemson. At light in front of Ace Hardware, veer left staying on Hwy 76, travel approximately 8 miles to Seneca. Once you get to the main traffic light at Ingles/Eckerd's, turn Left on East 1st North Street, At 5th light turn Right on Fairplay Street, Cross over RR, past 2nd Street, house 2nd on the Right.
